.. HOMEInsurance agent or insurance marketer and some people call this profession as insurance consultant becames the least popular for new graduates that will seek employment. Their presumption that to sell insurance policy, especially in Indonesia is very difficult due to low awareness of the importance of insurance.
Indeed profession of insurance marketer is promising unlimited income for those who love challenges because it requires tenacity, strong will, fortitude, perseverance, patience and ingenuity. This profession without salary, the source of their income solely derived from commission fee. Of course this is not attractive for new job seekers. Except for lovers challenges and have strong willingness to be insurance marketer. very few are willing to become an insurance agent, most beginners are those who lose to get other job or as a profession instant for employees who resign.
This following Poetry's Gen. Douglas Mac Arthur hopefully will inspire us to love challenges, especially for insurance agents like me or who wish to pursue a challenging profession in selling insurance. This talk about how to address a difficult life and how to believe a view that life which is full of challenges is an opportunity to increase personal qualities. His inspiring poem send us a teaching and his quotes inspire us how to educate our childs.
Preface
One day my son, Abdillah, found a cocoon depends on tree branch in front of our home. He soon saved the cocoon in his lovely wooden box. The following day he opened the box to see her cocoon and was surprised when he saw a small hole appeared in that cocoon.
Abdillah sat for watching and waiting. Several hours have passed and he saw a butterfly struggling to force itself out through the small hole. Until a moment the movement stop making progress. The Butterfly had been tried to came out. And then could not go out much further.
Abdillah could not wait so he decided to help it. He cut with scissor rest of confinement of cocoon so that the butterfly can come out easily. But it was strange, not as a usual butterfly, its body was puffy, the both wings wrinkled smaller. He was disappointed and can only hope that wings will expand and widen until able to support its body, but it never happened. In fact, the butterfly was flawed due to premature lived rest of its life only by crawling. The Butterfly’s body kept bloated and it could never fly.
Essence
What is not understandable by Abdillah from the kindness and good intentions to help butterfly to get out of its cocoon is that cocoon inhibits release of butterflies and the struggle it takes a butterfly to come out through a small hole is way of God to forcing a fluid from butterfly's body to flow into its wings so that butterfly is ready to fly so obtained freedom from cocoon.Wisdom
The struggle is needed in life. If God let life without obstacles, it would cripple us. We may not be as strong as we should be able. We will never be able to fly if we are into the butterfly ... ... ... ... ... ...Relate to :

Douglas Mac Arthur is wellknown General in World War II in Pacific ocean and Korean War. He has led US Army and made America as winner of war with the Japanese surrender aboard US Missouri on August 15, 1945.
